Established by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Chiayi City Government, the 'Chiayi City Youth Orchestra' (CYO) is devoted to nurturing the city's talented young instrumentalists. Selected by audition and trained regularly, they perform a series of concerts, and through the performances of these gifted youths they inject fresh musical and cultural energy into the city — letting beautiful music add a moving movement to Chiayi!
